Appointments If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time may incur charges. The responsibility still resides with the patient to make changes to their appointment! The patients responsibility of the fee is due on the date services are rendered. Please check with your benefits officer. We submit insurance forms for our patient at no charge - but ultimate responsibility belongs to the patient.
